Cancellation, Review & Refund Policy

Review

– You have 7 calendar days to experience of services and complain, if any, from the date you received the services.

– To be eligible for a review, your complaint needs to be in respect of the service availed only and not in respect of any new development.

– Your complaint shall be discussed with the concerned specialist you had attended you and if the specialist is of the opinion that the complaint requires a review, then only you would be advised for a review without any extra medical cost.

– However, the travelling and other related expenses etc. shall be borne by you on actuals.

Refund

– Once we receive your service order, the same shall be construed as confirmed unless you cancel the visit a week before the appointment. Under the said cancellation, entire amount received by us shall be refunded after deducting a 10% fee as administrative charges. 

– If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

– You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
